So the weather is getting warmer, the holidays are getting nearer – this means that the season is yet again upon us here at Chameleon Casting.
It’s not the holiday season, but it’s SHOWCASE season.
It is the time of year that the graduates from Australia’s most prestigious and well-regarded Acting and Drama Schools provide a showcase of their work for industry professionals such as Daniella Friedman, Lisa Fineberg and Rosie Traynor.
At Chameleon we are so glad to be in a position to see the latest up-and-coming actors and the work that they have spent the last 12 months creating.
This is yet another way for our Casting Directors to keep their fingers on the pulse when it comes to spotting and scouting new Australian talent.
This year we will be meeting actors from the VCA, BAAPA, WAAPA, National Theatre – among others. These showcases give us the opportunity to meet some wonderful and exciting new actors as they enter the next stage of their acting careers.
We know that these actors will fit a variety of casting briefs and requests in the future!
