The name Chameleon reflects our approach — the ability to adapt to each project and to the ever-changing landscape of the screen industry. By embracing new technology and digital platforms, we’re continually discovering talent in fresh and innovative ways.
At its heart, casting is about curiosity and instinct — discovering new faces, championing great performers and understanding what audiences truly connect with. That constant discovery is what keeps the work exciting.

Daniella Friedman
Casting Director
Great casting can transform a project — and that’s exactly what Daniella Friedman is passionate about.
With a deep love for storytelling and performance, Daniella discovered early on that her place was behind the scenes in casting, helping bring characters and stories to life by connecting the right talent to the right projects.
Early in her career, Daniella interned at Chameleon Casting before spending time in Los Angeles learning from some of the best in the industry. While there, she worked alongside incredible crews at NBC and Nickelodeon, contributing to live-action productions and the iconic Kids’ Choice Awards.
Bringing that experience back to Australia, Daniella has gone on to cast a wide range of projects across film, television and advertising.
Through Chameleon Casting, Daniella is passionate about discovering exceptional talent — from established actors to real people and exciting new faces — and helping productions find the perfect fit for every story.
When she’s not casting, Daniella is usually spending time with her two gorgeous girls — one a dancing queen and the other a netball superstar.
Lisa Fineberg
Casting Director
Lisa brings over two decades of experience across the film and television industry.
Starting her career as an actor, she understands the audition process from both sides of the room and has a natural ability to help performers feel relaxed and confident in the casting space.
Lisa joined Chameleon Casting in 2010 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. With a strong love for comedy and close ties to the Australian stand-up scene, she is always discovering exciting new comedic talent.
Alongside her casting work, Lisa is also the co-founder and Executive Producer of Hot Dad Productions, where she helps create and produce original comedy content.
When she’s not working, Lisa is busy keeping up with her bubbly daughter and her non-stop moving son.
Marj Fungo
Office Manager / Casting Assistant
Marj is the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes at Chameleon Casting.
With a background in Hospitality Management, team leadership and a degree in Marketing, she brings a wealth of experience working with production companies, advertising agencies and creative teams. Her ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments makes her the perfect fit for the world of casting.
Known around the office as the admin queen, Marj is a spreadsheet ninja, research guru and the person who somehow always knows where everything is and how to get it done.
From coordinating logistics to supporting the team and keeping projects running smoothly, Marj is the calm in the casting chaos.
Gracie
Gracie is the real boss around here, and she takes that responsibility very seriously.
